In an avalanche scenario, the avalanche airbag needs to be deployed quickly and reliably. The Airbag 3.0 Trigger Test Tool allows you to practice deploying your airbag without using up a cartridge. This tool lets you familiarize yourself with your airbag system so you are prepared to deploy your airbag in the field if needed. To practice, screw the tool all the way into the deployment mechanism, put on the backpack, and pull the deployment handle – a distinct “snapping” sound lets you know the deployment was successful.

Compatible with Mammut’s Removable Airbag System (R.A.S.).
